29 CFR 1926.502(j)(7)(i): 29 CFR 1926.502(j)(7)(i):  Material and equipment shall not be stored within 6 feet (1.8m) of a roof edge unless guardrails are erected at the edge:     a)  Lower Roof - On or about 12/11/2015, no guardrails were provided where roofing insulation panels were stacked 64 inches high and were placed within 1 foot of the unprotected edge of a flat roof.     b)  Lower Roof - On or about 12/11/2015, no guardrails were provided where roofing insulation panels were stacked 54 inches high and were placed within 4 feet of the unprotected edge of a flat roof.    No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
