OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards while working under an automotive lift.  a) Service Bay, 4947 Birney Avenue, Moosic, PA 18507 - Employees that worked under and/or adjacent to an in-ground air/oil hydraulic automotive lift ("Old Lift") that had not been periodically inspected or maintained and that had no positive stop or lift lock mechanisms when the lift was raised were exposed to a crushed-by hazard. on or about December 30, 2015.
