29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end:   (a) Jobsite, 229 East Jefferson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212: On or before December 30, 2015, employees were working unprotected and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 to 15 feet in that the scaffold stage extended beyond its left support by 8 feet and its right support by 4 feet.
