29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Repair Shop: Employees in the repair shop are assigned to work with hazardous materials including, but not limited to, oxygen, acetylene, transmission oil, antifreeze, inside glass cleaner, hydraulic fluid, acids, diesel oil and brake fluid. The employer did not develop a written hazard communication, thus exposing employees to chemical hazards, on or about, 1/5/16.

The employer did not provide training covering the health effects and methods by which employees can protect themselves from hazards, thus exposing employees to chemical hazards, on or about, 1/5/16.
