29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 (Section 3.3.3), which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  (a) On or about 12/21/2015 - Warehouse, Propane cylinders were stored unsecured and in a area where forklift trucks are operated and they can be knocked over.   Note:  Section 3.3.3 says "Do not store cylinders near elevator or gangways, or in locations where heavy moving objects may strike or fall on them".

29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  (a) On or about 12/21/2015 - Warehouse, a door in the Northwest corner marked as an "Exit" was locked and the employer did not have any means of unlocking the door.
