29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   At or about January 5, 2016 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 6800 Isaac's Orchard Road in Springdale, Arkansas, employees were observed shingling a roof without being protected from falls by any means. Employees were working at heights greater than 6 feet. This condition exposed employees to fall from heights hazards.
