29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 526 East 1st Street Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On or about January 5, 2016 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure the scaffold platform his employees were working from was at least 18 inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 25 feet to the ground below.
