29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:    On or about January 6, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards, when required to wear tight-fitting 3M half-facepiece respirators with Organic Vapor cartridges while painting metal and plastic signs parts without the protections afforded by a respiratory protection program such as, but not limited to, medical evaluations, fit testing, and training.
