29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): a) In front of the building under construction, on or about 1/7/2016, employees were observed on a pump jack scaffold erected where the poles and planks were less than five feet from the 7,200 volt distribution lines and a 25 KV and a 75 KV transformers.
