29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one-fourth inch:  Employees engaged in grinding activities at the yellow grinder located in the weld station area by the East wall were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the distance from the abrasive wheel to the adjustable tongue guard was found to be approximately 1 inch on the left side and 2 inches on the right side.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
