29 CFR 1926.1431(a): The employer did not prohibit the use of equipment to hoist employees:   (a) 897 Tolman Street Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 - The delivery truck driver operated an articulating/knuckle-boom truck crane while delivering prefabricated residential side wall sections to a construction site and allowed an employee of a sub-contractor at the site to ride suspended below the hook on a chain from the rear of the site to the front several times, thereby exposing the employee to a fall hazard, on or about January 8, 2016.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
