29 CFR 1926.51(h): Vermin control. Every enclosed workplace shall be so constructed, equipped, and maintained, so far as reasonably practicable, as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, and other vermin. A continuing and effective extermination program shall be instituted where their presence is detected: Throughout the interior residential home, the employer did not prevent vermin from coming inside and laying feces, exposing employees to sanitary hazards.

29 CFR 1926.405(d): Switchboards and panelboards. Switchboards that have any exposed live parts shall be located in permanently dry locations and accessible only to qualified persons. Panelboards shall be mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and shall be dead front. However, panelboards other than the dead front externally-operable type are permitted where accessible only to qualified persons. Exposed blades of knife switches shall be dead when open. At the north side of a residential home, the employer did not ensure a panelboard on an electric T pole had a dead front, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
