29 CFR 1910.107(g)(3): Residue disposal. Residue scrapings and debris contaminated with residue were not immediately removed from the premises and properly disposed of. Approved metal waste cans were not provided wherever rags or waste was impregnated with finishing material and all such rags or waste deposited therein immediately after use. The contents of waste cans were not properly disposed of at least once daily or at the end of each shift. On or about 13 January 2016, and at times prior thereto, in both the north and south side paint booths, cardboard boxes, paint cans, or other containers would be utilized for the collection of used prep paper, tapings, rags, and other waste impregnated with combustible residues, exposing employees to the hazards of fire. Exterran Energy Solutions, LP was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.107(g)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 995892, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/19/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2207 FM 949, Alleyton, TX 78935.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical. On or about 13 January 2016, and at times prior thereto, spray bottles found within the facility had no product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof to identify the contents contained, exposing the workers using such bottles to various physical and health hazards. a) Within the North Paint Booth, painters were using an unidentified spray bottle that contained a pink fluid for their paint gun spray nozzles. The container was said to contain transmission fluid. b) Within Bay 4, workers were using an unidentified spray bottle that contained a yellow fluid. The container was said to contain a lubricant, a flammable liquid. Welding was ongoing within the Bay 4 area at the time of the inspection. Exterran Energy Solutions, LP was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(f)(5)(i-ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 995892, citation number 01, item numbers 004a/b and was affirmed as a final order on 12/19/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2207 FM 949, Alleyton, TX 78935.
