29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 01/06/2016 - 1539 Noble Street, Anniston, AL, an employee applying DAP clear flexible sealant between the roof flashing and brick building at 15 feet 7 inches above the ground was unprotected from falls.  Taylor Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 447234, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/20/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1305 Alexandria Road, Weaver, AL.
