29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, Safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems.  Construction site: On or about January 20, 2016, the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof of a church were using a fall protection system.  This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard above 6 feet.

This condition exposed employees to fall hazards above 6 feet.
