29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting face-piece respirators were not fit tested whenever a different respirator face-piece (size, style, model or make) was used:  a) Cooper University Hospital Emergency Department: Nurses 24/7 did not ensure that employees who could potentially work on patients with suspected tuberculosis, were fit tested on the same make and model of N95 respirators used at the Host employer, including 3M 1860 and Moldex 1513, on or about 1/8/16.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
