29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:  1300 Boston Road, Springfield, MA: On or about January 22, 2016 5 employees were observed working on a commercial roof more than 13 feet above the next horizontal level (ground) without being protected from falls by guard rail systems, net systems or personal arrest systems.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
