29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about at 1/19/16 located at Building H. The Head Office / front canopy main entrance area: Employees were installing skylights to the building that was under construction while working at the edge, the employer failed to ensure that his employees connected their fall protection while exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20- feet from the roof to the lower level.
