29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Third Level Balcony of Lakeland Village Condominiums: Employees engaged in the installation of siding material were working near the balcony's edge, approximated at 30 feet above the ground surface, without a fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about, 1/25/16.  GUADZAR CONSTRUCTION, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 964547, citation number 1, item number 1A, and was affirmed as a final order on May 6, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Mount Laurel, NJ.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) Lakeland Village Condominiums under Construction: Employees engaged in the installation of siding material were not using fall protection. The employer did not offer fall protection training to employees on how to recognize hazards when working at elevated heights, thus exposing employees to a fall protection hazard, on or about, 1/25/16.  GUADZAR CONSTRUCTION, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 964547, citation number 1, item number 1B and was affirmed as a final order on May 6, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Mount Laurel, NJ.
