In the maintenance shop, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard, in that the work rest on the Dayton abrasive wheel grinder model # 42909C used to de-burr metal parts, was 1/2 inch from the abrasive on the left and 1 inch from the abrasive on the right, on or about 01/26/2016.
