29 CFR 1926.501(c): The employer did not ensure that when employees were exposed to falling objects: In addition to having employees wear hardhats, the employer shall implement one of the measures outlined in 501(c)(1) through (c)(3) which include:  Provide a toeboard, or screen or the equivalent, or a canopy,  or keep objects back away from the edge,  or barricade the area to which objects can fall:    Location: 272 W 86th Street, New York N.Y.      On or about 12/15/2015    a)  Employees exposed to overhead hazard during construction activities on the second floor where C joists were not properly secured. One joist fell, striking and employee and another was wedged against a steel beam in danger of falling.
