29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification that identifies the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation has been performed, the date(s) of the hazard assessment, and, which identifies the document as a certification of hazard assessment:  a.) Facility - On or about 2/22/16, employees cut fabric, nylon, and other materials; use adhesive and silicone sprays; work with vertical and rotation cutters, etc. The employer provides mesh gloves; nitrile gloves; safety glasses; and filtering face pieces, if desired.  The employer has not verified through a written certification that a workplace hazard assessment has been performed.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) Facility - On or about 2/22/16, employees use small amounts of Camie 610 Silicone Realease Spray (flammable); 505 Spray and Fix (flammable); and, Cami 363 (flammable) on a daily basis to seal metallic thread; temporarily tack a product to a work surface; or to seal an end of a product.  The employer does not have a written and implemented Hazard Communication program that includes the required elements.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that (material) safety data sheets (M)SDS were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift:  a.) Facility - On or about 2/22/16, employees use a variety of chemicals on an as needed basis which include: Camie 610 (Silicone Release Spray) - flammable); 505 Spray and Fix (adhesive - flammable); Camie 363 (adhesive - flammable); WD-40; etc.  The employer had not ensure that there was a copy of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each chemical used and that they were available for the employees during their work shift.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
