OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that untrained employees were exposed to amputation hazards associated with using an unguarded angle grinder with a 10'' saw blade.   a. 304 Avenue C Bayonne, NJ  Masonry workers utilized an unguarded 7 inch Makita (GA7021) Angle Grinder  w/ 10'' saw blade to cut brick that was not a recommended attachment by the manufacture thereby exposing worker to struck-by and amputation hazards.   Violation occurred on or about 01/27/2016
