29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) For the facility at 2157 Viscount Row, Orlando, FL 32811, as observed on or about 01/28/2016, employees were exposed to fire/flash flame hazards associated with the accumulation of combustible wood dust. The dust present had a Kst of 35.89 bar*m/s and an explosion severity of 0.54. In the storage room adjacent to the main operations room, combustible dust had accumulated on the floor and upper surface/equipment at an average measured depth of 0.238 inches and occupied an area that was 23% of the room's floor surface area. Enough wood dust was present in the storage room to result in 153% of the average minimum explosive concentration for wood dust.
