29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. Villas of Canterfield, 815 Atlanta Hwy., Cumming, GA (Rear of Bldg.) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employee was using the aerial lift to replace the exterior trim of the newly construction multi story residential building, approximately 30 feet above ground level. Also, riding the aerial lift articulating boom basket without being tied off, on or about January 28, 2016.
