29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) 74 Gateway Blvd, Hillsborough, NJ      Employees who were required to work on and near the open sided floors on the second floor porch and hallway areas were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet.    This hazard was observed on 1/29/2016.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:    a) 74 Gateway Blvd, Hillsborough, NJ      The stairs which were used for access to the second and third floors were not equipped with an adequate stairrail system along all each unprotected side and edge.    This hazard was observed on 1/29/2016.
