29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 ppm: (a) On or about January 31, 2016, an employee engaged in food preparation and meal production was exposed to carbon monoxide at a blood concentration of 263.2 ppm expressed as an 8-hour time weighted average of 74.0 ppm which exceeds the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm. (b) On or about January 31, 2016, an employee engaged in food preparation and meal production was exposed to carbon monoxide at a blood concentration of 299.2 ppm expressed as an 8-hour time weighted average of 140.3 ppm which exceeds the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm. (c) On or about January 31, 2016, an employee engaged in food preparation and meal production was exposed to carbon monoxide at a blood concentration of 357.4 ppm expressed as an 8-hour time weighted average of 152.6 ppm which exceeds the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm. (d) On or about January 31, 2016, an employee engaged in food preparation and meal production was exposed to carbon monoxide at a blood concentration of 456.9 ppm expressed as an 8-hour time weighted average of 204.7 ppm which exceeds the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm.
