29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied:  (a) At the construction site: On January 27, 2016 employees installing windows into a new residential structure via a platform raised by a CAT TH Model telehandler were working from a press-board platform secured to the forks by a packing strap and were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 10 feet while the platform was moved horizontally to enter and exit work areas.    Note: Abatement certification and documentation IS required for this item.
