29 CFR 1910.176(b): Secure storage. Storage of material did create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse.    On or about February 1, 2016, employees were handling eight 4x8 pieces of stored glass and the material was not stable and secure to prevent from falling over. Employees were thereby exposed to struck by hazards.
