Montgomery Ridge Development, Autumn Lane, Skillman, NJ - Bldg 801  Employees engaged in masonry activities used a flexible cord that was not protected from physical damage.  Employees ran a flexible power cord from building 16, across a paved roadway, to building 8 to provided power for portable hand tools that was not protected from damage from motor vehicles accessing other areas in the development.    Violation observed on or about February 6, 2016

Montgomery Ridge Development, Autumn Lane, Skillman, NJ - Bldg 801  Employees engaged in masonry activities used a welded tubular frame scaffold that was not fully braced.  The employer did not ensure that cross bracing was installed on both sides of the scaffold to ensure the scaffold was plumb and braced to prevent swaying or collapse, prior to use.
