29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) 235 Lake Street, Greenville, MS - On or about February 3, 2016, employees were working on a walkway around an air condition unit 11 feet above the ground without any fall protection.
