29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided. a. At the site, employees were exposed to the hazards associated with the chemical effects of LATICRETE 1500 Sanded Grout and LATICRETE 220 Marble and Granite Mortar which causes skin irritation and possible allergic skin reaction, in that, employees did not wear gloves or protective clothing while mixing and laying mortar, on or about 02/10/2016.
