On or about 2/10/16:  A scaffolding being used to install prefabricated steel supports was not fully planked at its working level exposing employees to fall of 9 feet 7 inches.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees  using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall.   a) 8239 Thompson Rd, Cicero, NY, 2nd floor work area. On or about 2/10/16: An employee was using a ladder while carrying and installing Z channel that slipped out of his hand, striking him in the head, which in turn caused him to lose his balance and fall 8 feet to the ground below.
