29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:     a) 405 Pinecrest Rd, Atlanta GA: The employer exposed employees to lower level fall hazards, in that; no fall protection was in use. There was no personal arrest system, guardrail system or safety net system in place. Nor was there a satisfactory fall plan implemented.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) 405 Pinecrest Rd, Atlanta GA: Workers performing framing activities were exposed to a lower fall hazard of over 25-feet, in that; the employer was not qualified to train employees on how to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize those hazards.
