OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Public Law 91-596, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Section 5(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees, in that employees were exposed to burn hazard as a result of fire or explosion:  (a) Plant site -  On or about February 10, 2016 pressure regulator connected to compressed gas cylinder had the cover  missing from one gauge and the dial and needle were damaged.
