29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   A) South side of building, on or about February 17, 2016, employees were working near the edge of an open sided third floor area without the use of guardrails or another type of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.  B) West side of building, on or about February 17, 2016, guardrails were not installed on the open sided floor area near the ladder access, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet.
