29 CFR 1926.453(a)(1): Aerial lift was not designed or constructed in accordance with the applicable requirements of the American National Standard for "Vehicle Mounted Elevating and Rotating Work Platforms," A92.2-1969: On or about February 09, 2016 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet, when using a Genie Z-80/60 aerial lift, which was not provided with: identification, operation, instruction placard, and decals, while working from the aerial lift.
