29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(B)(1)(iii): Regulated waste was placed in containers which were not labeled or color-coded in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(1)(i):  Regulated waste such as blood covered gloves, and equipment used in the administration of chemo drugs such as Adriamycin were placed in yellow labeled containers which were not labeled or color-coded in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(1)(i).
