29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o):    (a) On February 19,  2016 on the De Hart trash conveyer belt at the end of the sort line, the horizontal belt approximately 3 inches from the floor of the sort line platform was not fully enclosed by guards. Employees working at the sort station adjacent to the trash conveyer were exposed to laceration and abrasion hazards from the exposed conveyer belt.    CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
