Note:  In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) Worksite, Office/Storage Space, Rear Exit: Materials including cardboard boxes, folding chairs, photography equipment, and a folding wooden ladder were placed directly in front of the exit blocking and limiting egress from the rear exit of the facility; on or about 2/22/16.  b) Worksite, Office/Storage Space, Rear Exit Route: Materials including cardboard boxes, filing cabinets, desks, chairs, and plastic bins were placed in the exit route leading to the rear exit of the facility blocking and limiting egress up to and including approximately 14 inches; on or about 2/22/16.  c) Worksite, Office/Storage Space, Front Exit Route: Materials including cardboard boxes, desks, chairs, plastic bins, and a folding wooden ladder were placed in the exit route leading to the exit in the front of the facility, blocking and limiting egress from the office/storage space to the sales floor up to and including approximately 15 inches; on or about 2/22/16.    Note:  In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
