29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location: 160 First St., Jersey City, NJ. a) The 14th floor stairway's landing leading to the main-roof did not have a guardrail system, thereby, exposing employees working/accessing the main roof to a potential fall of approximately 15 ft. to the adjacent building; on or about 10/30/15.
