29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(iv): Employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position.  (a)  On or about February 25, 2016, employees were exposed to falls hazards while performing work from an aerial lift while standing on the mid-rail of the basket.   Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
