29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a) In and around the building under construction, on or about 02/25/2016, employees who were not wearing safety glasses were observed using equipment, including but not limited to a "Hitachi NV45AB2 1 3/4 Coil Nailer" nail gun that presented a potential eye injury hazard.    Epifanio Alarcon was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [1926.102(a)(1)], which was contained in OSHA inspections;     Number 959649, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 111 Jonesburg Court, Lot 6, Savannah, GA 31405, and     Number 1018411, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 125-135 Monticello Way, Pooler, GA 31322.
