29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Worksite: When employees were using, and exposed to, hazardous commercial window caulking materials, the employer did not provide these employees with effective information and training on these hazardous chemicals at the time of their initial assignment.

29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: Worksite: When employees were using, and exposed to, construction materials containing hazardous chemicals, the employer did not supply and enforce usage of proper personal protective equipment. Employees using solvent-based window caulking did not wear adequate hand protections and proper eye protection.
