29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At Lot 68 Oak Grove Auburn, Alabama:  On or about February 25, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from a second level high slope roof without fall protection while prepping a wall for painting exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 10.10 feet to the ground below.  a)  At Lot 68 Oak Grove Auburn, Alabama:  On or about February 25, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from a first level low slope roof without fall protection while prepping a wall for painting exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 10.10 feet to the ground below.
