In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1926.1437(k)(2): The employer did not ensure that the manufacturer's specifications and limitations with respect to environmental, operational, and in-transit loads for a barge, pontoon, vessel, or other means of flotation were not exceeded or violated.   a) East End Crossing Bridge near Prospect  - On or about 2/23/16, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards when the Manitowoc 4100W Series 3 crane was operated outside of the manufacturer's recommendations for boom angle.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
