Throughout facility - On or about March 11, 2016, in the facility, employees required to perform custodial duties (cleaning) worked with hazardous substances, including, but not limited to, Drano Max Gel and Lysol Multipurpose Cleaner that contained hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide. The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) will be met.
