29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    (a) Jobsite, 4800 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about 02/29/16 an employee working in the Genie aerial lift installing flashing approximately 10 feet above the ground did not have their lanyard tied off to the boom or basket.    (b) Jobsite, 4800 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about 02/29/16 an employee working in the JLG aerial lift installing metal siding approximately 16-18 feet above the ground did not have their lanyard tied off to the boom or basket.
