(a)On March 2, 2016, at a jobsite at 1014 Cherokee Avenue, Seneca, MO, employees were exposed to struck by hazards in that no eye protection was used by employees conducting or working below reroofing work. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a)On March 2, 2016, at a jobsite at 1014 Cherokee Avenue, Seneca, MO, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet, in that they were conducting roofing work on a steep roof without any form of fall protection. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REAQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
