On the second floor in room 2017 where an employee was operating an acoustic sprayer, the ground prong was missing from the plug, thereby exposing employees to an 118 volt contact hazard.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Strain relief. Flexible cords shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.     a. On the second floor in room 2017 where an employee was operating an acoustic sprayer, the strain relief was pulled away from the plug exposing the interior wires, thereby exposing employees to an 118 volt contact hazard.
